Hi Richard,
Thanks for posting your question on the forum.
When you import into SketchUp be sure to choose the correct import parameters.
To do this, open the import dialogue box and click “Options”. Then choose the units you used in StairDesigner (or Polyboard).
Here’s what it looks like on my French SketchUp v8:
Don’t forget that in SketchUp you can easily redimension the project using the “Tape measure” tool.
To do this just measure an element that you know the real size,
when the size pops up in the Length window just type in the real size that you know.
When you press Enter SketchUp will ask if you want to redimension the whole model,
Click OK and the model will be scaled up to the right size.
Hope this is helpful,
All the best,
Ness
