Hi,

Like informed into first post,

second face is for counter face (f1) only ,horizontal are on faces f2,f3,f4,f5

can you select “All faces” for the seconde PP

allface.pngImage Enlarger

that send to secondary PP all tooling’s excluded from previous PP

All the best, Alexandre

Hi Alex!

Thanks for the information!
I now did Multi-PP for Face1 and Face 2, the settings inside them are the same, destination folder is different.
And inside Multi_PP I chose the processing I needed. However, when exporting the program tells that there is no part in face2.

Must be all horizontal drillings and some vertical drillings. I believe it is a small thing that I do not notice.

See attached files, my company works with 2 Biesse cnc center. Rover A-FT for nesting and Rover-B for horizontal and vertical drillings (side2).

I’ll keep trying, but maybe you’ll have a solution right away.

Best regards

Ain

Hi,

‘Sort tooling’ sorts the tooling operations in the output files

by restoring your setting I see that you know super PP,

And this is where you should exclude some tooling,

tooling-1.pngImage Enlarger

like attached screen, First face (f0) are send to Vcave,

and by defining all the faces in the secondary PP, the machining of the edges (f2, f3, f4, f5) and the second face (f1), are sent to scm pp

All the best, Alexander
