Hi Caroline,
It is possible to handle it in 2 different ways.
1 Manually in v-carve by selecting the parts you consider as small.
2 If you are using the toolpath template in v-carve then there is also a possible automated process using the multiple postprocessor output of polyboard. there we can select parts on max height and width and process them. This will result in a layer name that is different for small parts and the bigger parts. This will allow you to handle the machining order via the toolpath template and make sure small parts get a finish cut first.
