Can you send your Stair and output file for better analysis, like this I can compare with my output
Which output are you using?
For noising you have 2 setting from your stair and from PP

]]>so each time we cut out or treads we have to manually calculate the real tread size as most of our stairs are carpet grade and we allow 25mm for nosing and have made mistakes in doing so which cost us alot of money and time.
i am looking for a solution for this, maybe there is a way to customise the method of stairmaking so we can remove the manual calculation out of the equation and follow a cutlist exactly.
i also have taken a look at each individual step to check the dimensions given and those also do not align with how we make the stairs.

Please read this article. It explains in detail how to do this.

Instead of adding a second flight, you must add consecutive landings and a flight at the end. You can shape the landings to represent a 2 step winder. It requires a bit of manual work
Here is the stair example attached.
If you are unable to open the file, please upgrade your software to the latest version on our website.

The risers are 30mm thick. Why is the measurement tool so off? And why are there multiple planes?
